To respect both your time and ours, we are streamlining our booking process to make it as efficient as possible. We keep all bookings in-house to avoid additional fees and to allow payment by check.
To help us do this, we ask that you carefully review all materials we send (please read them more than once). Moving forward, we will only respond to purchase requests that include all required information. Our goal is to eliminate the extensive back-and-forth—sometimes up to nine emails—that can occur when booking a single event.
Trip Details:
- Departure location: Washingtonville
- Bus departs at 4:30 PM (concert begins at 7:00 PM)
- Bus cost: $60 per person before May 27th, $65 after May 27th (includes driver gratuity)
- Full-size coach bus with a lavatory
- Feel free to bring beverages onboard
Concert Tickets:
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own concert ticket. Whether you have a season pass, prefer lawn seating, or want pavilion seats, you can choose the option that works best for you.
Getting in and out of Bethel can be a challenge, with only one road in and out. Traveling by charter bus makes the trip much more enjoyable—especially with a restroom available for the ride home!
Reservations & Payment:
Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held. A non-refundable payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Please note: a minimum number of guests is required by June 1st for the trip to proceed, so please share with friends and help spread the word!

How to Book

- The name of the event
- Number of guests
- Preferred payment method
Please include all requested information to keep the process streamlined.
Do not send payment until availability is confirmed by email.
Please do not pass along payment information—guests must contact us directly to request reservations.
