GR Tours’ Tea Around Town experience!- BOOKED OUT!

To respect everyone’s time and keep things running smoothly, we’ve streamlined our booking process. All reservations are handled in-house to avoid extra fees and to allow payment by check. We kindly ask that you review all materials carefully (please read more than once, if possible). Moving forward, we will respond only to complete purchase requests that include all required information. This helps us avoid lengthy back-and-forth emails and keeps the process efficient.

We are currently booking a Tea Around Town (TAT) experience for Sunday, June 14th at 12:00 PM, followed by an optional tour of Radio City Music Hall at 2:15 PM.

Tea Around Town NYC
Enjoy a 90-minute afternoon tea aboard a double-decker bus with a glass roof and elegant floral décor. The experience includes scenic views of landmarks such as Bryant Park, the Empire State Building, and Times Square, along with fine teas, delicious treats, and live entertainment.
Menu (Petite): 15 savory, sweet, scone, and tea selections — $180

Optional: Radio City Music Hall Tour
Take a 60-minute guided, behind-the-scenes tour of the “Showplace of the Nation.”
Cost: $30

Schedule (subject to change):

• Departure: 10:00 AM (tentative, based on transportation)
• Tea Experience: 12:00 PM
• Optional Tour: 2:15 PM (otherwise enjoy free time around Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center)
• Depart NYC :  3:30ish

Includes:

• Tea Around Town ticket (seating is done in groups of 2 & 4) 
• Round-trip transportation (gratuity included; no restroom on shuttle bus, restroom is available on TAT bus)

Pricing & Availability:

• TAT only: $180 per guest
• TAT + Radio City Tour: $215 per guest
  Tickets are limited, in high demand, and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. They cannot be held.

Important Notes:

• A minimum number of guests is required for the trip to proceed
• All sales are final; no refunds
• For all my outgoing independent travelers—TAT does not accommodate groups smaller than two. So here’s your opportunity to experience the tour on your own, with us!

Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept:

• Venmo
• PayPal (additional fees apply)
• Check or cash (by mail or in person)

How to Book:
Please email info@brewbusny.com before 12pm tomorrow (4/30) with the following:

• Event name
• Number of guests
• Indicate TAT only or TAT + Radio City Tour
• Preferred payment method

Be sure to include all requested details to keep the process efficient. Do not send payment until availability has been confirmed by email. Please do not share payment details—each group/guest must contact us directly to reserve. Email is our preferred method of communication.
