Our goal is to eliminate the extensive back-and-forth—sometimes up to nine emails—that can occur when booking a single event. \nPhiladelphia Flower Show Trip \nWednesday\, March 4\, 2026 \nSnow date (if available): Thursday\, March 5\, 2026 \nhttps://phsonline.org/the-flower-show \nThe 2026 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show celebrates the stories that ground us in gardening\, whether it’s the nostalgia of a grandparent’s garden\, a beloved family recipe that begins with the bright scent of freshly picked herbs and vegetables\, or the heritage traditions that shape how we plant\, grow\, and gather. Through immersive garden exhibits and stunning floral displays\, Rooted: Origins of American Gardening brings to life the personal stories\, cultural traditions\, and horticultural inspiration that connect us to plants\, each other\, and shape how we garden today.   \nThis is our second year attending\, as it is a highly requested event! \nTrip Includes: \n\nTransportation on a full-size coach bus with lavatory (drinks and snacks welcome)\, including drop-off and pick-up service\nAdmission ticket to the Philadelphia Flower Show\n\n\nEvent Details (schedule subject to change based on show entrance availability) \n\n6:30 AM – Depart Washingtonville\n9:00 AM – 2:30 PM – Philadelphia Flower Show\n(Includes time to visit Reading Terminal Market\, located across the street)\nhttps://readingterminalmarket.org/\n2:30 PM – Depart Philadelphia\nApprox. 5:00 PM – Return home\n\nPricing: \n\n$132 per guest if booked before January 15\, 2026\n$143 per guest after January 15th\n\nImportant Notes: \n\nA minimum number of guests is required for the trip to proceed—please invite friends and share this event!\nThis is an on-your-own event that requires a significant amount of walking.\nNo refunds\, unless snow date is unavailable due to our transportation company. In that case\, only the transportation cost will be refunded.\nAdmission tickets are offered at a discounted group rate and are non-refundable.\n\nPlease note that we typically avoid winter events due to unpredictable weather and usually begin our season in April.
