To respect both your time and ours, we’ve streamlined our booking process to make reservations as efficient as possible. All bookings are handled in-house, which helps us avoid additional fees and allows us to accept payment by check.
To ensure a smooth experience, please review all materials we send carefully (we recommend reading them more than once). Moving forward, we will only respond to purchase requests that include all required information. This helps eliminate the excessive back-and-forth—sometimes up to nine emails—that can occur when booking a single event.

Enjoy continuous 5 oz. samples of craft alcoholic beverages, plus unlimited food samples—including corn dogs! Hosting over 50+ craft brewers (150+ brew options), including craft beer, cider, mead, mixed drinks, sours, and more

Festival Time: 3:00–7:00 PM
Departure: Washingtonville at 1:30 PM
(Departure time may be adjusted based on transportation recommendations)
Return: Approximately 8:30 PM

- Full-size coach bus with lavatory
(Beverages and snacks are permitted on the bus)
Pricing & Availability
- Early Bird: $151 per guest (through February 28)
- Regular Price: $162 per guest (after February 28)
Ticket sales close March 30.
Tickets are limited, in high demand, and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be held.
Important Notes
- A minimum number of guests is required for the trip to proceed
- All sales are final – no refunds
Payment Information
Payment is required to confirm reservations. Accepted payment methods include:
- Venmo
- PayPal (additional fees apply)
- Check or cash (by mail or in person)
These are the only payment methods accepted.
