To respect both your time and ours, we are streamlining our booking process to make it as efficient as possible. We keep all bookings in-house to avoid additional fees and to allow payment by check.
To help us do this, we ask that you carefully review all materials we send (please read them more than once). Moving forward, we will only respond to purchase requests that include all required information. Our goal is to eliminate the extensive back-and-forth—sometimes up to nine emails—that can occur when booking a single event.

Show Time: 1:00 PM
Show Length: 2 hours, 45 minuets
Age: Recommended for ages 12 and up, with a strict policy that children under 5 are not permitted
Date: Sunday, April 19th, 2026
Departure: Washingtonville at 10:30am
(Departure time may be adjusted based on transportation recommendations, as I hope to give time to eat before the show.)
Return: Approximately 5:30
Departure from NYC: Immediately after the show
Tour Includes
- Orchestra seats
- Round-trip transportation with gratuity
- Full-size coach bus with lavatory
(Beverages and snacks are permitted on the bus)
Pricing & Availability
- Early Bird: $178 per guest (through FEB 1st)
- Regular Price: $189 per guest (after Feb 1st)
- Ticket sales close February 8th
- Tickets are limited and in high demand
- Tickets are sold first come, first served and will not be held
Important Notes
- A minimum number of guests is required for the trip to proceed
- All sales are final – no refunds
Payment Information
Payment is required to confirm reservations. We accept:
- Venmo
- PayPal (additional fees apply)
- Check or cash (by mail or in person)
These are our only accepted payment methods.
How to Book
To request tickets, please email info@brewbusny.com with:
- The name of the event
- Number of guests
- Preferred payment method
Please include all requested information to keep the process streamlined.
Do not send payment until availability is confirmed by email.
Please do not pass along payment information—guests must contact us directly to request reservations.
