GR Tours Bus to Bruce!
To respect both your time and ours, we are streamlining our booking process to make it as efficient as possible. We keep all bookings in-house to avoid additional fees and to allow payment by check.
To help us do this, we ask that you carefully review all materials we send (please read them more than once). Moving forward, we will only respond to purchase requests that include all required information. Our goal is to eliminate the extensive back-and-forth—sometimes up to nine emails—that can occur when booking a single event.

Driving down to NJ on a weekday, I realized a charter bus would make the trip much more comfortable—especially having a restroom onboard for the ride home.
Show Time: 7:30 PM
Date: Monday April 20, 2026
Departure: Washingtonville at 5:00PM
(Departure time may be adjusted based on transportation recommendations)
Return: Immediately after the show. Please note: if all guests are back on the bus and you are not present within 15 minutes, the bus will depart.
Includes
- 30 seat coach bus with lavatory
- You may bring beverages
- You purchase your own concert ticket
(everyone has their preferences)
Pricing
- $70 per guest if booked before April 1
- $75 per guest after April 1
Seats are sold first come, first served and will not be held.
Payment Information
Payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept:
- Venmo
- PayPal (additional fees apply)
- Check or cash (by mail or in person)
These are our only accepted payment methods.
How to Book
To request reservations, please email info@brewbusny.com with:
- Name of the event
- Number of guests
- Preferred payment method
Please do not send payment until availability is confirmed by email.
Do not pass along payment information—each guest must contact us directly to request reservations.
