It’s about the Journey & the Destination!

Join us Sat. March 20th (snow date Sat. March 27th), for our “Appy Hour” food crawl! Featuring a favorite appetizer & (if desired) cocktail from 10 of our locally loved restaurants.

We will be hosting “Appy Hour” with Amada’s Kitchen, Bella Luna Italian Restaurant, Christopher’s Bistro, Clayton Delaneys, Loughran’s Irish Pub, Newburgh Brewing Company, Painter’s Tavern, The Shops at Jones Farm, Somni Restaurante, & The Sweet Onion Brewhouse! Each location will make their favorite appetizer and have been asked to provide safe drive up/curbside take out service (please understand, not every location is always staffed for this).

You can make it an adventure with your kids, a date with your best friend, a meet up with other families, a winter picnic in the park, a take out meal in the car, a house party; whatever works for you and is fun!. You will be given a goodie bag with a map with the eateries full info/ addresses, and a comments/review form (for future ordering), vouchers for your full order and some extras. It’s like a cocktail party meets a scavenger hunt and a food crawl! This is self driven, personally paced, pre-ordered & paid in advance event.

The Mason-Dixon Line – Half tour option $55

Want to enjoy, but not able to cover all the territory???
I give you the West or the East side option of the center of Washingtonville (aka intersection 94 & 208 “Mason-Dixon Line”). You will get a map featuring your East or West side venues along with all the other fun items in the goodie bags. This option includes 5 appetizers

Have it your way! – Abbreviated tour option…$50

Your choice of 4 different locations, please circle them on the order sheet. Includes the map and goodie bag of course!

We also have cherry toppers and adult additions…
For our friends with a sweet tooth we have some great treats from our restaurants along with Homemade Rice Pudding from Giddo’s Goodies and Assorted Truffles from Sweets & Things by Sylvia. Adult beverages to go will be offered from some venues, as we have to enjoy this limited take out time (alcohol cannot be consumed while driving and ID will be required). We also have fun infusion kits (add the booze, infuse 2-3 days) from Traveling Spirits and cocktails to go made by The Spirits Lab.

We are living in unprecedented times ….
Finding safe and fun activities to do with our families is not as easy as it once was. Being able to take home delicious handcrafted cocktails has never been an option before. Supporting local small businesses that collaborated to create this event and offer all the above is how we make the best of our current situation.

I am a huge fan of small business, eating local and creating fun events. That said, I could not be more excited about hosting this food crawl in our area and featuring multiple eateries that I enjoy.
